Sought out based on Yelp reviews. Glad I did! Great sandwiches. Fresh salad. Delicious beer. Don't want to judge a book by its cover - especially this one. Glad we stopped in instead of eating around the outlets at lame chains or going into the touristy Frankenmuth downtown. Easy on, easy off of the highway.

This place is easily accessible, but just off the beaten path where you are not fighting with outlet mall traffic or Frkmth visitors. This place is inexpensive, but the food was not great. It was good enough. Definitely a place for locals, 1/2 dozen loud and drunk locals that swore a lot were outside where we sat. Not a problem for us, but I can imagine some parents having an issue with it. I don't think I would visit again, but I'm not mad at the $24 bucks we paid.

I have been to Beamers quite a few times now and have not been disappointed. I love their nachos and how they pile them high. Ingredients are always fresh. They stock Boars Heads meat and fancy cheeses so the sandwiches are top notch. During the week they always have dinner specials, drink specials and even events like trivia night and karaoke. My favorite is when they offer the brushetta appetizer, which is like a little pizza. It is not a menu item, only a special they offer once in a while. My husband loves it when they do all you can eat pasta because then we can just drive down the road instead of heading into Saginaw to Olive Garden. You should really stop in here if you are in town. If you need a drink, they stock a full bar - many of which are Michigan craft beers. If you ask nicely, they'll even let you have a sample taste if you are unsure of which one you'd like to try.

Fresh sandwiches and cold beer...highly recommend. Stopped in on a Monday mid afternoon for a lunch. We were the only two in the place. Bartender/waitress very friendly and attentive as you would expect. Place is deceiving from the outside but trust the reviews. Definitely a bit of a hidden gem.

My husband and I LOVE Beamers! We don't live in town any more but when we come back for a visit we for sure try to get there a few times! The service has always been good. The owner has always been kind. The beer choices are great for my husband who likes more "flavor" to his beer. And the food is delicious! And they have my favorite apps instead of deep fried junk, I can choose an app of something like chips and hummus.

I'm always leary about eating out when traveling and rural areas don't always have great food choices. Thank you to fellow yelpers for pointing me to this gem. We ordered the half soup and half sandwich and my 5 year old son got the pizza. My husband and I each took a bite. It was delicious and homemade just like everything else we tried. My husband ordered the Avenger with chicken tortilla soup. I got the big mama and chili. Both were very good and a decent sized portions. I could tell the owners really take pride in their business. And the owners...maybe it's the small town feel that I'm not used to but they were so friendly and warm. I also really liked the vintage Mrs. Pacman game and the old A&W speaker box. I'm very glad I checked yelp first and avoided sub par, unnecessary portioned lunch. Next time we visit the area we will definitely be stopping in at Beamers!

We were in the Frankenmuth area and wanted to eat lunch, but weren't up for all the fuss, expense and shenanigans of downtown. We noticed a Boar's Head sign in a small restaurant on Gera road, so decided to try it. Boar's Head is a healthy choice for meat (non-chemical,hormones, etc.). We learned that there is a bar and a slight sports bar feel, but also very family friendly atmosphere as well. The food is Delicious and home made - the owner's wife makes much of the food and her cole slaw is wonderful (and I don't even LIKE cole slaw as a rule). It is a very friendly, comfy place with excellent food. Love it! They haven't been open very long (10/2013) and have plans for an out-door eating area. They listen to their customers and try to incorporate things they ask for. Love it!

First time in Beamers, been years since being in previous owners owned this building. Greeted by friendly staff, very attentive. Drinks were good, my friends shanty draft draw had a bit too much pressure as it came mostly foam. Burger and quesadilla was good, Next time please bring more napkins, Owner was pleasant and informative. Big plans for this establishment. Need another place to go in that area, I hope it does well.

Went in the place thinking it is just a neighbor bar. But I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich I ordered was excellent. Alot of that Boars Head meat coleslaw and swiss cheese made the sandwich 3in thick. We ordered a bowl of chichen noodle soup it came in bowl the size of a hub cap. Would recommend this to everyone.

We had a great experience at Beamers. We were in on a Sunday, and the place was pretty quiet. I noticed some large speakers and a piano, so I'm not sure if they have live entertainment sometimes? The seating is all tables-no booths, which is not unusual around Frankenmuth. They don't have a website, so to give you an idea of what they have, I'll tell you first that my significant other gave a "Thumbs Up" to their Michigan craft beer selection, which they apparently rotate often. They have a full bar as well. I ordered a spinach salad, and it was nice. My partner and 8-year-old Step-Son ordered a sandwich, and hot dog respectively and they both had empty plates in no time. The dog was on a pretzel bun...yum! The sandwich was panini-style and piled high. Service was excellent. One thing they don't have is a grill or fryers, so no burgers and fries...but you won't miss them. If you're looking for a good soup/salad/sandwich, you'll get it. Also, the owners were in when we were there, and they told us they often do burgers or ribs and chicken on the grill outside, and an all-you-can-eat salad & breadsticks or spaghetti...not sure if that's a regular thing. They also said they will have a patio open in the summertime, which is nice. Overall, a fine place to grab a beer after work, have a simple lunch with the family, or grab some take-out on your way home.

Beamer's is a deli that turns into a bar after 8 p.m. The menu is primarily sandwiches, with a couple of appetizers and salads as well. They have 2 homemade soups each day. They use Boar's Head products, which is what made me want to give the place a try. The hubby and & I split the pastrami sandwich & the red pepper hummus appetizer. The sandwich was tasty and quite large, half was definitely enough for me. You can choose bbq or salt & pepper kettle chips with the sandwich. The red pepper hummus appetizer was really large, but that was okay since it tasted great. Service was friendly. There were 4 large screen tv's there for sports fans. They have a full bar and keep Michigan craft beers on tap, but we stuck with the Coke products today.

Food was great. Best salad I've ever had at a bar. Soup and sandwich was good too. Decent selection of craft beer on tap as well. We stayed at Pine Ridge RV Park and walked over. I was super impressed with the cleanliness! Service was quick and polite. We'll be back.

If I could give Beamers 6 out of 5 stars, I would! The food is always outstanding, as well as the service. Beamers recently catered an event for us, and everybody devoured the delicious Boars Head wraps, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Spicy Feta Dip, Poblano Chicken Soup and Asian Chicken Salad. Karen and Scott went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well-fed and had a great time. I would highly recommend Beamers for dine in, take out and catering services. AWESOME!!!
